Servicing and Warranty
We pride ourselves on a friendly, proactive attitude to servicing and customer support, and want to hear from you about your experience with the microphone. If there's anything at all we can do to help, do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to make your experience as positive as possible.
Servicing is performed exclusively by HOHM microphones at the workshop in Melbourne. If the ribbon element is damaged, the first replacement is free of charge (postage will still be charged).
Affordable upgrades, replacement of components and general servicing is also provided.
Any malfunction to the microphone from normal use within the first 2 year period will be repaired free of charge.
We do not accept product returns for online sales under any circumstances.
