Hohm Microphones take pride in a friendly, proactive attitude to servicing and customer support, and want to hear from you about your experience with the microphone. If there's anything at all we can do to help, do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to make your experience as positive as possible. 

Servicing is performed exclusively by Hohm Microphones at the workshop in Melbourne.

If the ribbon element is damaged in a Hohm mic, the first replacement is free of charge within warranty period *first owner only. (postage will still be charged).

Any malfunction to Hohm microphones from normal use within the first 2 year period will be repaired free of charge.

Returns/Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if all the following criteria have been met:

• The product is returned within 1 month of purchase.

• The item exhibits a *major problem (as defined by the Accc).

• If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within 1 month of return.
